Carpe Diem – Seize the Day!
She was born into privileged western society. Her search for focus and purpose for her life took her on an extraordinary journey. Her name was Frances Taylor. The result of her journey was the birth of the congregation, the Poor Servants of the Mother of God. Frances Taylor’s life was interwoven with the people of her time, particularly those who were deprived of basic human rights. Her passionate belief in the intrinsic dignity of each person led her to use her many gifts to hope to the most needy of her day.
We today who share France Taylor’s passionate belief in the infinite value of each person use our gifts to promote dignity and hope through our work in health care, education, pastoral care and justice in a worldwide mission.
The journey continues. If you are searching for a meaningful focus for your life and your gifts, you can travel the road with us.
