Cardinal Tagle is the latest addition to our amazing guestlist of speakers for Flame 2023! Cardinal Talge is a world-renowned speaker and faith leader from Manila, the Phillipines. In December 2019, Pope Francis appointed him Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.
