Upcoming Events

I recently had the privilege of enjoying a few days retreat in one of the hermitages of the Poor Clares in Faughart.   The sisters were most welcoming and were delighted to welcome me to join the for the Divine Office and Mass.

While I was there, I was blessed to be able to celebrate with them the reception of Sr Catherine into the community.   Fr Tony OP chaplain to the sisters celebrated Mass  and Sr Marian Bell the Vicaress General received Sr Catherine and presented her with the habit and  Constitutions.

Truly a day of joyful celebration.    Vocations Ireland/AMRI offered our prayerful congratulations to Sr Catherine and the Community and pray that this will be the start of great growth for the Poor Clares in Faughurt.
